All UK orders have an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days (not including bank holidays). Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day. Please be aware that all delivery times are an estimate, and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen delays. We appreciate your patience.

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email with confirmation of shipping details.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer worldwide shipping, therefore we are unable to ship to any address situated outside of the UK

Returns

Once orders have been placed we are unable to offer cancellation. We are able to issue a refund if items are returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, and must be unused and undamaged. If you would like to request a return please email info@harirhaircare.com with your order number.
