All UK orders have an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days (not including bank holidays). Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day.

International Shipping

International orders have an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary. depending on destination.

Customs Fees and Duties

All customers are responsible for paying any custom fees, import duties, and taxes for their order. To avoid delays please ensure you pay any applicable fees as soon as possible. If an order is returned to us due to unpaid fees, any related costs will be deducted from your refund amount

If an item is returned to us due to incorrect address information, the order wont be eligible for a refund on the shipping fee. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure correct address details are provided.

Returns

Once orders have been placed we are unable to offer cancellation. We are able to issue a refund if items are returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
